Centurion Medical Transportation is Taking All The Preventative Measures and Closely Monitoring The Current Outbreak of COVID-19

Dear Clients, Passenger and Partners,

We are very aware of the growing concern about COVID-19 and we are with you during this time. As we continue to learn, prepare, and respond, our highest priority continues to be the well-being of the entire Centurion Medical Transportation family: clients, passengers and Partners in the community. We are following the guidelines provided by the CDC and want to share the proactive measures we are taking.

The intention of this letter is to provide as much reassurance as we are able to and let you know we are doing the best we can to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Our recent actions include:

• Screening our employees/ drivers daily based on the guidelines provided by the CDC (Pre-shift temperature check, respiratory check, and questionnaire looking for other signs and symptoms)
• Developed COVID-19 specific precautions in our company handbook
• We implemented extra steps in our decontamination process with deep cleaning our vehicles interior/ equipment
• All equipment sanitized and wiped down after each ride
• Re-training on proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)

We understand that facilities now have specific procedures for drivers picking up and dropping off patients. We have debriefed our drivers and will continue to do so as we get new information from each facility.
